Sorry…I’ve missed to update this blog…BUT

Guys,

Sorry seems to be the hardest word, but that’s what shall I say…since I’ve failed to update my blog for sometimes….

Life has been a bit busy, but the truth is that my diet programme still goes on….

To be honest, I’ve successfully developed a landing page for promoting Jusmate5. You can find it here – www.mitacorp.net/easydiet

AND…I’ve successfully built my own website…YES!!! It’s a dream come true – thanks to the open source application such as this wonderful WordPress

…from a scratch…YES, I meant it…I’ve built a website from zero knowledge in WordPress…now I’ve basically understand how to tricks and tweaks wordpress into becoming a website. You can see my new website (it is build in Malay language) here – www.jusmates.com

…enough about the website thingy…

The BEST thing is that…. I’ve LOST more than 5kg after consuming Jusmate5 for almost a months…nothing change when I’ve finished the first box…but when I’ve done with the second boxes…EUREKA…I’ve lost 5kg…

Keep coming back to my blog…there’s a lot more I want to share on my diet programme!

The sixth day menu…

9.30 am – Jusmate5 drinks

1.30 pm – Chicken soup (Campbell’s) + wholemeal breads

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm- cavendish bananas (3 pcs.)

8.30 pm – have a few (not more than 3) spoons of Mee Goreng Mamak

11.00 pm - Jusmate5 drinks

1.30 pm – Subway tuna sandwich (6″)

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm- mangosteins (a lot)

9.45 am – Jusmate5 drinks

12.20 pm – a pack of sliced guava

2.30 pm - wholemeal bread with tuna (4 pcs)

3.30 pm – a pack of sliced guava

5.30 pm – a red apple

11.00 pm - Jusmate5 drinks

3rd Day Menu – 15 July 2010

Here what I ate for the third day…

9.30 am – Jusmate5 drinks

1.20 pm – Subway ‘veggie lover’ sandwich with wholemeal bread stuffed with vegetables, chilli sauce, mustard, olive oil and vinegar

5.30 pm – a red apple

9.15 pm – Jusmate5 drinks

11.30 pm – bedtime

litres of plain water for sure….

2nd Day Menu – 14 July 2010

These are what I have on the second day…

9.30 am – Jusmate5 drinks

1.00 pm - 3 pcs tuna sandwich as yesterday + 1 plain wholemeal bread

5.30 pm – an apple (red) and 7 pcs of rambutan (local Malaysian fruit)

9.15 pm – Jusmate5 drinks

11.00 pm – go to bed…(after watching CSI…:) )

….had lot of plain water yesterday and need to go to the gents once every hour….
